RETURNS POLICY
1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping with Intelliag. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Anything else?
4. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
5. Process for Returns
Please contact our customer service at admin@intelliag.com.au to initiate a return. You may be asked to complete a return form.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will exclude any original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact customer service at admin@intelliag.com.au.
8. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
